FAQ

Seller questions

How do I get started as a seller?

Begin by building your product catalogue or defining your services within Flur Commerce. From there you can connect integrations, configure pricing rules, and set up your inbox. This prototype illustrates the journey; specific onboarding steps will be confirmed in the live product.

Can I use my existing Shopify store?

Yes. Connecting your Shopify store syncs your product catalogue and inventory into Flur, so you do not need to re-enter product data manually. Changes in Shopify propagate to your Flur catalogue.

How does the AI know about my products?

The conversational AI draws from your catalogue data: product names, descriptions, variants, pricing, and availability. Complete, accurate catalogue records produce better conversations. The AI does not invent information that is not in your catalogue.

What pricing rules can I create?

You can define rules such as volume discounts (for example, 10% off orders of three or more units), time-limited promotions, or service-specific rates. The exact rule types available will be confirmed in the live product. Pricing rules apply during checkout and can be reviewed before orders are confirmed.

How does Group Commerce work for sellers?

When a group of buyers coordinates a purchase, you receive the order as a single confirmed transaction once the group has voted and all contributions are complete. You do not need to manage the group coordination; Flur handles split payments and contribution tracking on the buyer side.
