Find exactly what
you paid, and when.
Transactions gives you searchable, filterable access to your payment records. Filter by supplier, date range, and payment status to find specific records and reconcile totals — or ask Flur AI in plain language.
Transactions = specific records. Money DNA = broader patterns. Two separate jobs.

The problem it solves
Verifying a specific payment — "did I pay Makola Foods last month, and for how much?" — requires scrolling through an undifferentiated list of transactions, mentally filtering out items from other suppliers or date ranges, and then manually summing the matching records.
Transactions provides supplier, date, and status filters so you can isolate exactly the records you need and see a reconciled total without manual arithmetic. Flur AI adds a natural-language entry point for the same queries.
Who uses Transactions
- 1A freelancer verifying that a supplier was paid before placing a repeat order.
- 2Someone disputing a charge who needs the exact reference number and timestamp.
- 3A household member reconciling shared expenses against a supplier invoice.
- 4Anyone who wants to know their total spend on a specific supplier over the last quarter.
What Transactions does
Supplier filter
Search or select a supplier name to show only records associated with that payee. Supports partial name matching for cases where supplier names vary slightly across records.
Date range filter
Presets: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months, last 12 months. Custom date range selection available for specific periods. Records outside the selected range are excluded from both the list and the reconciled total.
Payment status filter
Filter to Completed, Pending, or Failed payments. Excluding failed payments from a total is a common use case — for example, reconciling only completed payments against a supplier statement.
Reconciled total
The total of all records matching the current filter set — updated automatically as filters change. Clearly labelled so you know it reflects only the visible, filtered records.
Flur AI natural-language queries
Ask Flur AI: "What did I pay Makola Foods last month, excluding failed payments?" — AI translates the question into a Transactions filter and shows you the inspectable result. You can see the filter it applied.
AIS-sourced records
When connected via AIS, external account transaction records appear in Transactions alongside native Flur activity — clearly labelled with their source institution.
Step-by-step: Temi reconciles Makola Foods payments
Illustrative example — consistent fictional data throughout.
Temi opens Transactions
Temi needs to verify how much she paid Makola Foods in September 2026, excluding any failed or pending payments. She opens Transactions from the Finance home.
She applies three filters
Supplier: "Makola Foods" · Date range: "Last 30 days" (covers Sep 2026) · Status: "Completed payments only". The list updates immediately.
Supplier: Makola Foods Date range: Last 30 days Status: Completed
Three records appear
TXN-8821 · 22 Sep 2026 · ₦18,500 · Completed TXN-8754 · 14 Sep 2026 · ₦16,000 · Completed TXN-8699 · 7 Sep 2026 · ₦13,000 · Completed
Reconciled total: ₦47,500 (3 records)
She confirms against the supplier invoice
Makola Foods invoiced ₦47,500 for September. The reconciled total matches. Temi marks the invoice as settled.
Alternative: she asks Flur AI the same question
"What did I pay Makola Foods last month, excluding failed payments?" — Flur AI applies the equivalent filter and returns the same three records and total, showing the filter it used so Temi can verify the query.
AI query: supplier=Makola Foods, period=last 30 days,
status=Completed
Result: 3 records · ₦47,500Flur AI and Transactions
Flur AI translates natural-language questions into inspectable Transactions filters. You always see what filter was applied — AI does not have unrestricted access to your transaction data.
