Shared Wallet

Available

Access and permission — on your terms.

A Shared Wallet is a defined arrangement specifying who provides money, who can act, which actions are allowed, and what each person sees. Shared access does not always require everyone to deposit into one pooled balance.

The problem it solves

Sharing a card means sharing everything. Shared Wallet lets an owner define exactly what a shared user can do — with a cap, within a purpose — without handing over full access.

Who it's for

Anyone who needs to give another person defined spending ability while retaining control over the funding source and visibility. Couples, siblings, assistants, or any trusted person.

What it does

One owner. Defined access. Clear limits.

The owner sets the funding source and the shared user's permissions: view, spend, or request. A spend cap means the shared user cannot exceed a defined naira amount. Every action is visible to the owner.

  • ✓Owner defines cap, permitted actions, and shared user
  • ✓Shared user does not need to deposit funds
  • ✓Owner retains full visibility of activity
  • ✓Revocable at any time by the owner

Limits

The shared user can only act within the defined permissions. Requests above the cap require owner approval. Shared access visibility is scoped — not a full account view.

Scenario

Ada shares access with Tobi.

Ada gives Tobi view and spend access up to ₦25,000. Tobi initiates an ₦18,000 spend request. Ada reviews and approves. The ₦18,000 is funded from Ada's account — Tobi never deposits.
