The starting point for every sale.
Enter or receive a sale amount, choose a supported collection workflow and follow each step from request to confirmed outcome.
Three things. Clearly.
Enter or receive a sale
Set the amount, associate the store context, add a reference. The sale record is the anchor for everything that follows.
Choose a collection workflow
One customer, Group Split across participants, Split Pay from multiple sources, or a shared wallet arrangement — the workflow matches how your customers need to pay.
Track each step
Requested → Processing → Confirmed or Outstanding. Every participant and source leg has its own visible status.
A sale in progress.
SALE-0042 has ₦120,000 to collect. Ada's share is confirmed; Tobi's is outstanding. The sale is partially collected — not fully complete.

Standard acceptance
One customer, one eligible payment method. The simplest collection path — initiate, customer pays, outcome confirmed.
Group Split
Several people each pay their own share of the sale total. Every participant has their own status. "Who owes what?" — visible at a glance.
Split Pay
One payer, multiple funding sources. Ada combines her Flur wallet and connected account to cover her share.
Shared wallet
A customer pays through a Family, Group or Shared Wallet arrangement — within the permissions that arrangement permits.
Words that matter.
Requested ≠ Confirmed
A payment request has been created. That is not the same as the payment being confirmed. Confirmation requires the processing step to complete successfully.
Confirmed ≠ Settled
A confirmed payment means the collection step succeeded. Settlement — when and how the business receives funds — is a separate downstream process.
Outstanding ≠ Debt product
An outstanding share means the payment has not been confirmed. It is a collection tracking state, not a credit facility, debt product or liability record.
