What these numbers mean.
₦300,000 consolidated ≠ available payout
Consolidated sales figures reflect total collected across stores in the period. They are not the same as settled funds, available payout or profit.
Store ≠ Subaccount
A store is an operational location — a physical or logical place where sales happen. A subaccount is a business account structure element that organises money or activity. They don't have a mandatory one-to-one relationship.
Same period across all stores
When comparing figures across stores — or consolidating them — the same period must be used consistently. Mixing periods produces misleading totals.
