For business

From the first customer message to confirmed collection.

Flur serves two kinds of business: merchants using Commerce tools to sell products and services, and financial operators using Finance Business tools to collect and manage payments.

Flur Commerce

Selling tools for merchants

From catalogue to confirmed order — Commerce is the layer where buyer messages become transactions.

  1. Catalogue

Products with imagery, variants, price and inventory. Services with scope, duration, availability and booking information.

  2. Conversational AI

Buyer messages arrive in plain language. AI reads them against the live catalogue and prepares a draft cart.

  3. Product Intent

If the item is not in stock, the buyer's need is saved — size, price condition, other criteria — and stays active.

  4. Opportunity Engine

When supply and saved demand match, an actionable opportunity is identified. Concept preview — not yet fully operational.

  5. Pricing Engine

Eligible pricing is applied — draft, simulate, review, activate. The reason for each price is shown alongside the number.

  6. Order

Confirmed order with payment status separate from delivery status. Analytics across the period.
