Account Information Services
See supported external accounts alongside your Flur activity.
What it is
With your permission, AIS brings supported external account balances and transaction information into Flur. It supplies financial visibility across supported institutions — the context Money DNA can organise and Transactions can inspect. Information access does not authorise payments.
The problem it solves
When your money is spread across multiple institutions, understanding your overall picture requires logging in to each separately. AIS consolidates supported account information so you can see it all in one place.
How it works
You grant permission for specific external accounts
Flur retrieves supported account information from those institutions
Balances and transaction records appear alongside your Flur activity
Money DNA can use this context to explain patterns across all connected accounts
Important controls
You choose which accounts to connect
Each permission is granted per institution
Account information access does not authorise Flur to initiate payments
You can revoke access at any time
Common questions
Does AIS give Flur permission to make payments?
No. Account information consent gives Flur access to view balance and transaction information. Payment authorisation is a separate permission established through a different process.
How fresh is the information?
Freshness depends on the connected institution and the supported refresh schedule. Timestamps indicate when information was last retrieved. Missing or stale data is shown explicitly.
Which institutions are supported?
Supported providers require implementation confirmation. The connection flow shows which institutions are available for your account.
